چکیده
During the passage of atmospheric precipitates through porous dump body, products oxidation sulfide minerals are dissolved. As a result, underspoil waters with low pH values and significant amount dissolved metals formed. For most part, all types sewage produced by mining processing enterprises (underspoil, colliery, pit, drainage) combined before treatment, which leads to formation common water yield complex chemical composition. According existing practice, flow is neutralized lime milk, irretrievable losses non-ferrous mud after neutralization. The use sulfiding method as part tactics locally autonomous makes it possible obtain copper zinc commercial suitable for further metallurgical processing. Previously, sulphides biogenic or nature, well hydrogen sulphide, have been used in extraction form sulphides. In this study, we sulfur solution sodium hydroxide mass ratio NaOH:S = 1:1 an alternative old reagents. consumption were determined. impact on shown. pilot-scale tests confirmed results laboratory studies. Proposed chart following main operations: extraction, product conditioning. Copper concentrate content 32.9% 48% obtained. resulting deposits, covellite (CuS), sphalerite (ZnS). Through metal was 99.9% 99.5% zinc.

متن کاملEffect of pH, Concentration and Temperature on Copper and Zinc Hydroxide Formation/Precipitation in Solution
Understanding the effect of temperature on the speciation of multivalent metals in solution is essential for many applications in industry. The results of the present Cu(II) and Zn(II) solutions speciation studies in tandem with thermodynamic calculations have shown that Cu or Zn ions proliferate in acidic solutions whilst in alkaline medium, solid Cu(OH)2 or Zn(OH)2 colloidal particles form. T...

In this paper, the morphology of chemically etched silicon with various concentration is reported. The surface of Silicon (100) has pyramidal structures which can be used for anti-reflection applications in solar cells. Pyramidal structures can capture incident sun light therefore can enhance the efficiency of silicon solar cells. The structure of silicon pyramid was studied using scanni...
متن کاملSolvent Extraction and Separation of Copper and Zinc from a Pickling Solution
Solvent extraction studies of copper and zinc have been carried out using Versatic 10 acid and Cyanex 272 separately from a model brass pickle liquor. Various parameters for the extraction and separation of copper and zinc such as effect of pH, extractant concentration, phase ratio etc. have been optimized. It was observed that copper was almost completely extracted into the organic phase compr...
